Three months ago I myself was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and put on the medication known as Metformin. When I was diagnosed I felt fear, anger, denial, frustration, uncertainty and even became rather depressed; however, I was assured that these feelings are common. I've dedicated this blog to help others learn how to deal with living with diabetes, how to care for a loved one with diabetes, and how to find others with diabetes with whom you can share experiences.
